非谓语语法分为很多种情况，但说白了也就是to do和doing的区分，想要区分二者，小编有以下三个方法，大家可以记一下。
 

一、根据句意判断to do 还是doing（每年高频考点！）

remember to do sth. 记得去做某事(未做)
remember doing sth. 记得做过某事(已做)
forget to do sth. 忘记去做某事(未做)
forget doing sth. 忘记做过某事(已做)
regret to do sth. 遗憾地要做某事(未做)
regret doing sth. 后悔做过某事(已做)
try doing sth. 尽力、努力做某事
try to do sth. 尝试做某事
stop to do sth. 停止去做另一件事
stop doing sth. 停止正在做的事
go on to do sth. 继续做另一件事
go on doing sth. 继续做同一件事
mean to do sth. 打算做某事
mean doing sth. 意味着做某事
can't help to do sth. 不能帮助做某事
can't help doing sth. 禁不住做某事

三、看固定搭配用to do 还是doing

（1）动词 + to do
hope wish want agree promise demand ask manage learn decide pretend choose
（2）动词 + sb. + to do
allow permitadvise command order require expect encourage force persuade remind
（3）句型中的 to do
It is + 形容词+(for sb.)+ to do
It is + 形容词+(of sb.)+ to do
It is take sb. + 时间 + to do
It is cost sb. + 钱 + to do
（4）动词 + doing
Imagine practice mind aviod appreciate enioy suggest
（5）动词 + to(介词) + doing
Be devoted to doing 致力于、献身于
Contributed to doing 有助于、捐献
Be opposed to doing 反对
Look forward to doing 盼望、期待
Be used to doing 习惯于
When it comes to doing 当提到……
（6）动名词主动表被动
(need want requuire) doing 需要被做
Be worth doing 值得被做

三、先看时态再语态，混合考察是常态

to do 表主动、表将来
doing 表主动、表进行
to be done 表被动、表将来
being done 表被动、表进行
done 表被动或完成
完成时： having done 与主语保持主动关系
完成时被动： having been done 与主语保持被动关系
相同点：在句中都表示先后顺序
